Re: [Release] Moonscape
Thanks for looking into this FranklinDM! I'll try it with the GTK3 builds of Interlink.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
I've noticed that the scrollbars on this theme are microscopic - i.e. there's barely anything you can grab onto if you want to drag-scroll with the mouse. And when I use mewe.com, I can't scroll at all - either with the keyboard arrows or with the scroll wheel. I have to middle click and use auto-scroll.
Took a while to figure out what was causing it - after I changed to another theme the site works fine, and it works on a fresh profile as well. Nothing flagged in my adblockers because they don't do any tracking like facebook does.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
I can't reproduce this. What GTK/system theme are you using?
This should be fixed now with the latest release.
---
Update to Moonscape: v7.1.0
- Treat the bookmarks menu button as a "bookmark item"
- This removes the rule that hides the label associated with the bookmarks menu button when it is placed on the Bookmarks toolbar while using icons only mode.
- Remove custom styling from session restore page
- Add mixed-mode SSL styling
ATTENTION: I messed up initially with going for a separate install package for Interlink. With that said, all current users of Moonscape Messenger (Pale Moon users of the theme and those who have installed the new "Moonscape" theme are not affected) should uninstall their copy of the theme and replace it with this one in order to receive further updates via the Add-ons Update Service (AUS). Sorry for the inconvenience!

Re: [Release] Moonscape
I am running Xfce on Mint 20 - not sure which version of GTK is active because it shows both version 2 and 3 as 2.24.32 and 3.24.20 respectively. This is how it appears for me -
and only when using this theme.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
I might've found what causes this. Try this build if it resolves the issue.

- Set a minimum width/height for the scrollbar slider (Linux only)
- This is a workaround for some GTK themes with missing scrollbar buttons

I haven't gotten to finish updating Moonscape to support Epyrus' new app menu yet, but it'll be out when it's ready.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
Thanks FranklinDM! It seems the double effect that plagued GTK3 builds of Moonscape before from not displaying correctly is still here, does Epyrus have a GTK2 build or is this something that can be fixed for GTK3?
Thanks again for this.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
The same workaround for Interlink's GTK3 build still applies and should work.FranklinDM wrote: ↑2020-11-24, 13:51You can temporarily workaround this issue by setting the following preference with the value:

Re: [Release] Moonscape
Thanks FranklinDM, how would I go about changing that setting in Moonscape?FranklinDM wrote: ↑2020-11-24, 13:51I'm not experienced in the *nix side of the platform, and might be wrong somewhere, but I did some investigation on this and found that UXP uses the same color for the 3-D highlighted outer edge (ThreeDHighlight) and 3-D shadow inner edge (ThreeDShadow) for GTK3 and above, causing UI elements that rely on these to have the wrong color in several classic XFCE/GTK themes, such as Chicago95. The code for GTK2, on the other hand, handles this correctly.

Re: [Release] Moonscape
- Go to the Menu Bar > Tools > Config Editor or via the Epyrus app menu > Config Editor.
- Right-click on any item on the list.
- Select New > String.
- When prompted...
- Enter the preference name: ui.threedhighlight
- Enter string value: #fafafa
- Restart Epyrus.
