[Pre-release] iCool Blue

Hi,

I have forked the beautiful dark "Gradient iCool (Blue)" theme from the Firefox 2–3.7 era and adapted it for Pale Moon.

The theme is still in a testing stage, so if you notice any issues, please report them here in this topic or directly on GitHub.

Update: iCool Blue 1.0.0rc2

Second cleaned release candidate of iCool Blue for Pale Moon.

Changes since 1.0.0rc1:
  • Added Add-ons Manager sidebar category icons from the Pale Moon theme template.
  • Added stock-like handling for the Unknown Content Type / download-open system dialog.
  • Reworked DOM Inspector compatibility: its internal developer-tool UI is now kept stock-like to avoid contrast, menu, toolbar and tree-header glitches.
  • Fixed/stabilized DOM Inspector menu check/radio indicators, toolbar buttons and tree column picker styling.
  • Cleaned release source: removed development notes, obsolete helper references, old failed workaround remnants and test-build metadata.
  • Updated version metadata to 1.0.0rc2.
