CAA/AMO pages state MPL 2.0 license.
Please check
src on RPO, and if all is ok - then i will send it to Addons Site.

Summary of important changes form original extension to FLFT 1.1.1:
- Rebrand to FLFT and add Pale Moon target application block
- Rollback multiprocess support and remove other target application blocks
- Reimplment settings as inline settings
- Add Basilisk target application block(tested and confirmed working)
- Add (crude) Russian translation

Update: I made mistake in credits block in js files, so please swap version sent to Phoebus with v1.1.1 from repo releases. I don't really want to bump version for that.
