@moonbat, is "GetEmAll" using the data folder "downthemall.net" that's still in the profile folder.

It does, other than the name and icon branding it is the same, and if you had dTA installed previously, all your settings and downloads will be shown since it uses the same browser preferences. Don't try to run both together though, they will cause weird UI issues and conflict with each other.

Yeah, it sucks how few of these developers faced with oblivion from Mozilla just completely shunned us for no good reason. I was also a lot nicer back in the day as well so that can't be used as an excuse.

What is the expected format for .txt files to import links? Files that would work with DTA no longer work, that's with one link per line in the file. Tried with different encoding and line endings, but I just get a "Failed to import downloads" message.

I also can't export links in any format, getting the message "Failed to export downloads"...

GetemAll is a rebranded fork of version 3.0.8 of DownthemAll and works for Pale Moon and Borealis, but I noticed there is a Version 3.0.9 of Downthemall.
There should be some minor bug fixes.
May I ask if there is a possibility to backport the changes or if these changes are either not applicable or not available? Thanks in advance for the answer.

There are reasons that forkers don't always take the latest version but if there are relevant and non-busted changes. For complex initial forks it is essential to have a stable base to work from.

So what changes in that version you referenced would be needed?

3.0.8 is the last version for Firefox on CAA, from 2016, or shortly before they castrated XUL support. You are looking at a version published on the Thunderbird addons page because it supports Seamonkey, so whatever fixes in place would be relevant to it. Plus there is a 3 year difference so I'm not touching it because of whatever bastardized form of the erstwhile Mozilla platform it targets now. Extensions after 2017 cannot be expected to work properly with Pale Moon at all.
