The content context menu is actually a HUGE FUCKING MENU WITH ALL POSSIBLE ITEMS EVER that are just enabled and disabled depending on context... so it is a contextual context menu. The correct location I suppose would be at the bottom.. Like many extensions do. Unless it is specifically related to another item or group of items. Like ReloadEvery being by Reload.
