a 99/100 is fairly sweet, but not perfect, though certainly better than chrome's 96/100, i think the "YOU SHOULD NOT SEE THIS AT ALL" in the top left corner stems from the one test that fails

am i dumb or is the hello world spacing wrong?(though i suppose that these are not mutually exclusive...), wait i just tested in on chrome, is palemoon's rendering of the REFERENCE the one which is faulty?, though again i might just be dumb... oh wow, the nose is different in size in both as well as the reference rendering on wikipedia(open https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f9/Safariacid2.png then do inspect element on the picture and toggle "right: 0" and "bottom: 0" so as to align the image with how acid2 is rendered in the browser)
and as for http://acid1.acidtests.org/
im out of my depth... are the bang and whimper supposed to let you unselect them?, if so, they aren't, otherwise they are ok

I downloaded a bunch of browsers tonight just for fun and tried acid3 on them:

[*]DuckDuckGo browser on my tablet (97),
[*]Seamonkey (97),
[*]NetSurf (the js engine could not run the acid3 test),
[*]Surf browser by the suckless developers (97),
[*]Servo browser (82),
[*]Pale Moon (99),
[*]Basilisk (99)

Pale Moon and Basilisk both scored 99/100, so a higher score than any of the others.

We used to score 100. Standards change, though, so some things in old tests do change as well. The acid3 test is really old
