After clicking on the link, I do not even see the CF verification icon. Just goes to a solid white empty page.

No cloudflare here either. Just a white page with a console error: "Error: Invariant: Expected document.currentScript to be a <script> element. Received null instead. This is a bug in Next.js. undefined:1:312"

I get the usual CF loop. It's only slightly different in that the screen flashes on each new (failed) attempt.

And by the way, Firefox fails too. Cloudflare apart, there could be a specific website problem.

This is odd. I clicked on the link using my other 64 bit linux browsers. At the time of this post, both Waterfox 6.6.10 and Firefox 149.0 do "not" get the CF challenge and go right to the Hooded Horse site without any problems. I even surfed around the site using both Waterfox and Firefox.

The below attachment is my backup Waterfox browser and it has no problem displaying the Hooded Horse site. No CF challenge. And Firefox does the same as well as my linux Pale Moon.

EDIT: Below my Waterfox screenshot for the HH site, is my Firefox screenshot for the HH site. I planned on showing my Pale Moon screenshot for the HH site; but just now when I clicked on the link, my Pale Moon which could go to the site earlier today, now it cannot. I guess CF has a problem with Pale Moon.......which is par for the course with CF.
