Images attached to posts in this forum don't load (and haven't for a long time) when clicked on for me (thumbnails are showing), and it's not related to Ublock. There are no errors in the console whatsoever. Black-ish screen with animated progress icon shows up but the image never loads.

Does it work for anyone else or...?

Doesn't work for me either. In fact, I use another XenForo powered forum which has the exact same problem.

I do get one console error:

The filter I made for XenForo still works for me, just edit it and change the host to /xenforo\.com|tpncdn\.com/.

It patches the script so it works; the link shows how to use it.

Incompatibility, using features not supported by PM (although I guess it depends on how you view the state of the web).

Editing the filter directly needs two backslashes before the dot (i.e. ...xenforo\\.com|tpncdn\\.com...; I was thinking you'd "Launch Editor" and change it there).

The editor makes no sense to me unfortunately :( Host path search replace - what on earth do I do with that?
I think I will simply wait until this is fixed, this is too complicated.
