Please try to include any relevant output from the Toolkit Error Console or the Developer Tools Web Console using the following procedure:

is there for a reason. Without it we can't help you, much. Simply put, Press F12, click on the Console tab, and have everything ticked. Then copy and paste here. It applies to your other threads too.
