Works fine here, and I have Downloads Window 0.6.5 installed for years.

Grabit does sound like something that could interfere. Also, Safe Mode does not reveal all issues. You should try with a fresh profile. If it works, it'd best to carefully build a new one.

Or at least disable all extensions first (in "Standard" mode) to see exactly which one may be causing the problem.
