I never had any problems with this site until today when it started to completely lock the browser up for at least several seconds everytime I touched the scroll wheel.

Their "scroll to top" widget is broken and causes constant repainting.

Thanks for flagging that. The scroll to the top function is actually part of the website theme as opposed to any third party widget, and I don’t think there’s much I can change for it sadly. I will flag it to the theme developers in case they can have a look at it.
