Fast Comments no longer show on any site using them since 33.8.1.x

Console specific only to "itsfoss", but not sure it's relevant to the Fast Comment problem

It seems uBO has somehow disabled stuff that it used to have enabled by default. It didn't even show your screenshot until I took a look around. Had to allow Pale Moon in uBO!!?

Fixed. But very, very, weird.
