Off-topic:It's actually really simple: LLMs are
language models. They deal with
language. LLMs have
zero knowledge of non-language (any knowledge topic, in other words) and any seemingly knowledge-based answer is, actually, just a language pattern it learned. There is no base understanding of the topics it "talks about" other than "it's similar to what I have been trained on". You can tell it to manipulate the result in a certain way to more closely match your query/wishes, but it ultimately has no knowledge of any topic, no matter the
appearance of it.

Off-topic:Since AI has zero knowledge of a topic and what it actually talks about, I have been intrigued by this browser concept put out by The Browser Company of New York. A browser that would be capable of buying things online and also composing and sending emails on my behalf, all automatically!
Somehow, I don't think this is a good idea?

Handing control over to a third party service running on a remote server (I seriously doubt this capability doesn't depend on one) is never a good idea. Unfortunately the general public will do anything for 'convenience' and we all get dragged along for the ride.

It's a
terrible idea. Unless you are fine with giving a program a blank piece of paper with your signature on it and letting it fill out the rest for you without any checks or control...
Keep in mind that e-mail is valid evidence in court, too.
