Tesco.com errors

When I try to access any of the product pages on Tesco.com, the page initially appears and is then replaced by an error page which says "It’s not you, it’s us. We’re sorry, it looks like there’s a problem on our end. Please try refreshing the page." When I refresh the page, the same thing happens. It works fine on Firefox and Chrome. The same thing also happens when viewing the "My Orders" page. The website worked fine up until this week.

Content security policy not including "self" for in-line scripts. Their error is correct for once. it's not us, it's them.

I am about to write to Tesco CEO as this 'It's us, not you' is spreading but they don't correct anything. (And I have to use the dreaded Opera!)

Would Moonchild's simple explanation (Content security policy not including "self" for in-line scripts) be enough for Tesco to try and correct their end?

I doubt the CEO would have a clue what this is all about, but you can always try, of course. If nothing else, they can pass it on to the people in charge of their website/servers.

I wouldn't expect him to know but sometimes the only way to get an organisation to respond is to start at the top. Anyway his is the only email address I have.

The original problem is still there, it's "still us, not you" but they have done nothing about it.

But now they have added a 'Challenge Validation' when signing in. Feels like the Cloudflare check. It says if you don't get through in 30 seconds, refresh the page. I had to.

This morning I had to use Opera (spit) to place an order because of the 'error' in PM. I had to wait two minutes before I was signed in! All to get a few groceries to keep body and soul together :cry:

Another email to the CEO. Awaiting reply
