Still getting "unresponsive script" on bank accounts with Lloyds and Halifax.

Well if there's no info, then we can't help. It's in their own best interest. If that makes (self-)education more of a prerequisite for using what we publish here, then that's just the way it is. We can't guess what millions of websites do or not do.

Greetings, I had a similar problem last year. Lloyds advised me to make sure to always have cookies and temp files enabled. I had got in the habit of deleting all cookies and temp internet files and also used add ons to do the same.
I made a new profile for banking only. (about:profiles, create a new profile).
uBlock Origin and any other addons not allowed. Lloyds has worked for me ever since.
I assume Halifax is similar.
