Issues with Quercus (UofT Canvas Shell, q.utoronto.ca)

I'm currently using Pale Moon 31 with the Moonscape theme applied; however the issues are identical in safe mode. After logging into the page, the only page elements that appear are the sidebar, with its elements strangely spaced, and cards (each would normally link to a course) on the dashboard endlessly playing a loading animation. I've attached two files: a screenshot of what it looks like on Pale Moon and a screenshot showing how it should look, in that order.

Announcements and course sections have been blocked out for privacy
