banemo.de: no CSS

On https://www.banemo.de I only get plaintext w/o any styles. Starting the debugger and the Style Editor, Pale Moon tells me:
I can paste this link into the URL bar and it gets loaded, but cannot be saved with the default file type (CSS style) (status “Failed” in Download window). Only when I change the file type to “All Files”, I can save the stylesheet (which is almost 800K).
It might have something to do with GTK2 because the file type „CSS-Stilvorlage“ is in German while Pale Moon is not (English default).
Side note: I'm using Gentoo with Pale Moon on 2 machines, one with pre-compiled and one self-compiled. This issue occurs on both PCs.
