There is supposed to be a search bar right next to the logo on the left.
No idea what's up with the site, but it must be coded in a really messed up way, because it's slow as hell ever since they kind of overhauled it about a year ago.

The site is using some kind of custom elements, but not the same kind as WebComponents.
If you look at the DOM you see elements like dc-gi or dc-con, which I guess Pale Moon is treating like generic div elements.

That said, the actual search bar has display: none in its CSS and my guess is that it's supposed to be made visible by some script, as I'm getting this error in the console:

I can't even contact them because the site works just fine in FF and noone gives a shit about other browsers :(
It's not even slow at all in FF, which makes even less sense.

I meant people who run websites. I am pretty sure 900+ out of 1000 wouldn't even respond if you wrote them about their website not working correctly in anything that is not Firefox or Chrome.
