Whatever the issue is with the YouTube livestreams as I have also confirmed since 30.0.0 (and present on 30.0.1), it also seems to be affecting WWE Network (watch.wwe.com) livestreams.
See the attached images for where it gets hung up and what should and does show with 29.4.4 (tested with untouched Portable versions to rule out my profile being the issue).
No errors in console after clearing and hard refreshing to make any that show up specific to the livestream.
