Pale Moon forum

I was wondering if anyone else is having issues accessing their Mega account using Pale Moon. It used to work fine, but the last couple of days when I log in none of my files are visible, and it displays "Empty Cloud Folder" instead. Yet in the account info section I can see they are still taking up space. If I log into the account using Firefox the files are visible and accessible as normal so the problem seems to be limited to this browser.

I tried an install of Pale Moon on a different computer which has no extensions at all and the problem persists. Using Pale Moon v29.4.3 (64-bit) / Windows 10 21H2 19044.1466.

Yes, but this is something different which only affected me in the last couple of days. And it's strange in that the account page loads fine, but somehow it's not decrypting/displaying the files inside as it used to before.

Thanks for looking into it. I used the console and saw the following warnings/errors when accessing the account (after successful login), not sure if these are relevant:

Logged in with Firefox (which displays the files in the account correctly) and checked the console. Got the 2nd error ("insertable streams") but not the warning about mixed active content. So perhaps it's do to with that.

Firefox most likely silently "upgraded" some linked files to https, avoiding the error. If so and that's the problem, then mega.nz needs to fix it as Pale Moon correctly blocks scripts and other active content from http when using an https site.

OK, thanks. Just noticed some other changes to the way their site is behaving in general so perhaps they're still in the process of changing things.

They've been "changing things" for at least the last 2 years.

Same issue here. Temporarily allowing mixed content does not solve it (don't know if it was supposed to). I'll contact them.

Today mega.nz started working properly for me again with Pale Moon, files displayed as expected, seems the issue has been resolved on their end.
