I had previously had no problems but last week when I clicked on the
login button I got a blank white screen without any boxes to enter details

I have tried two different PCs with two different OS (Windows 7 - 32 and 64 bit), a
laptop with Windows 10 and a combined total of 5 different browsers

Pale Moon 27.9 (Don't ask but it still gives me legacy access to two UK paywall sites)
Pale Moon 29
Waterfox
Microsoft Edge

I have tried with a Kindle Fire.

With and without cookies, with and without Adblock.

All with the same completely blank white screen result, no boxes to enter username or password

I did ring the helpline and about the only suggestions were to clear
my cache (that gets done every time I close my browsers) or change my
password. I pointed out the latter wouldn't help as I had nowhere to
enter any password, never mind a new one.

I eventually tried Opera and it worked but I don't like it as an everyday browser.
A friend said he got the login screen using Firefox

I wonder if anyone might have an explanation. I have no problems logging into any other sites, bank, social media, online shopping, among many

Don't know if this helps, but on the login page I get this error from the Web Console:

Thanks for that, bit slow in getting back as I was expecting notification.

I hadn't gone that far although I did have a look at the page source.

I am no coder but did wonder if the 'goto' in the original link I posted had been interpreted as 'got' by the browser but I tried various permutations (not really knowing what I was doing) and they all led to the long URL and the blank page.
