The following site (a municipal authority on lake Como) http://www.comune.tremezzina.co.it/hh/index.php has a funny implementation of the EU cookie warning.
When I enter it from Pale Moon (with ABL and IDCAC filters within ABL), the page comes out greyed out with all links inactive.
I tried to enter it with chrome, alas, which of course tags it as "insecure" because of good old plain http, a cookie disclaimer popup comes out. Then it works.
The same with Pale Moon provided I disable ABL on the domain. Maybe of interest to IDCAC filter mantainers.
(I never encountered such a behaviour with the IDCAC filters within ABL (I use them instead of the IDCAC add-on itself, because I encountered a similar problem long ago on the booking site of Italian railways).
Apologies if this is in the wrong sub-forum but is borderline between "web compatibility support" and "add-ons". Please feel free to move.

It's the wrong place entirely. you should talk to the IDCAC dev.
