can't upload documents on issuu.com from palemoon browser

can't upload documents on issuu.com from palemoon browser

hi, i try to access this page from PaleMoon : https://issuu.com/home/drafts/new/file , it seems to work fine on Chrome and Opera (latest versions), it used to work fine on PaleMoon too until some weeks ago when issuu changed someting and now the page it shows like this : https://i.ibb.co/J5VYtBj/888.png

What can be done ?

this is what i get when i access Developer Tools - Web Console
