github.com not showing text

github.com not showing text

Happens on any github.com page. For example:
https://github.com/preda/gpuowl

This is what I see. Text is missing.

Tried restarting in safe mode, the issue still happens.
Occasionally after closing and reopening the window several times, it works properly.

Using version Pale Moon 29.1.1. Happens on both Linux Mint 19 and Windows 10.
Always appears fine when using Firefox.
