Looks like that guys broken something. Yesterday the site was working fine. Form and animations are not displayed.

Go yell at them, then. Neither Pale Moon nor Basilisk got any update yesterday.
Also, per MDN:
The ability to list more than one selector is experimental and not yet widely supported.
Why they had to do that from one day to another, is a mystery.

No mystery, as I've said many times Chrome is just a make work program for web developers. There was never any need to keep changing a perfectly functioning website from day to day before.
