bugs.chromium.org shows up almost blank

I was trying to look at Chromium's bug about JPEG-XL support, and it shows up almost blank in Pale Moon. Seems to be another case of Custom Elements abuse, according to the browser's console.

I also tried using a fresh profile just in case.

Chromium's bugtracker is one of the first places where Google pushes any new implementation-first "features". This is very much deliberate. You can expect it to not work.

Would you not expect the Google-ites to push their changes to a Chromium Web page first?!?
