Post by lazyest » 2021-02-08, 07:32

There is a popular thing came instead of Slack called rocket.chat, opensource, nodejs and so on. But we have many issues with palemoon pity, begining from installation process and later, many controls are hanging, lots of CSS issues it seems,at least in my cases. Can someone confirm or not it for a start?

There's no demo offered unless you sign up with a credit card, typical proprietary corporate BS. As usual it links to a dozen different domains to do its business so you'll have to whitelist metomic.io, stackpathdns.com, and github.com/.io even for the main page to work properly. Would it kill them to run a demo server where you can immediately login and see for yourself what features are offered?

It probably would if they are vaporware.

Yeah that would help, no one can help troubleshoot unless they're able to view and use the site in question.

Offtopic doesn't excuse you from following the rules.
And no, not like that. Just don't interject links on parts of words if you can help it, especially if the linked text has no bearing on what it links too (and even less so if you are using shortened URLs that nobody can guess their target of by just looking at it). post-referencing such a thing doesn't really make it any better.
See how others do linkage on the forum for hints.
