-Can access Verizon.com OK but when I click the "Sign In" link all I get is a blank white page.

I'm having the exact same problem but am using;
Pale Moon 28.14.2 (64 bit)
LMDE 3 (Cindy, Debian stretch)
SMP Debian 4.9.228-1
kernel 4.9.0-13-amd64

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Site: https://www.verizon.com/

Do you see a Chat button (only) on the (secure.verizon.com) page?

Is this the login page, https://secure.verizon.com/vzauth/UI/Login ?

(In SeaMonkey I'm given a message about Content Security Policy.
BTW, the page did work - last week.)
Oh, I see, seems you can't load that (secure.verizon) page directly, as in it's looking for a referrer (or something) from https://www.verizon.com/.

Speaking of last week, when I was on the phone with Verizon "tech", & I said, when I type in "www.verizonwireless.com", it sends me to "verizon.com", she was like no, it should be verizonwireless.com - until she actually tried it ;-).)
