Trouble with Atlassian/Confluence (atlassian.net)

For obvious reasons (to anyone who uses Atlassian tools at least,) I can't give you the exact URL I'm going to. <yourcompany>.atlassian.net would presumably get you started though.

I'm using the latest Pale Moon, 28.10.0 (64-bit). Windows 10 Enterprise.

I'm having issues with Pale Moon and Confluence lately. It started on 30 June, and the symptom is that the left bar which lists Confluence pages is stuck on the shadowy placeholder graphic: https://i.imgur.com/Xovihhz.png
With a direct link to the page I'm trying to edit, I can view the page but the left bar still doesn't display and I don't have an edit option.

Troubleshooting steps I've tried (will update the OP as I try things, since it looks like I can edit now):
Clear cache
Clear full history (after each following step)
Disable addons
Disable ipv6
Safe mode
Tried changing user agent to "native", tried it with safe mode
Tried a brand new profile (palemoon.exe -profilemanager), which also removed my addons.

Other browsers:
Edge (local) - works fine
Pale Moon 28.8.2.1 (64-bit) on Win 7 Pro (different computer) - also broken (didn't clear cache, etc. for this one) (why am I so far behind on updates on my non-work computer? :V)
Chrome (local) - works fine
Edit: Firefox latest (local) - works fine. And then I uninstalled it. :p

It's fairly obvious to me that the problem is something between Pale Moon and Atlassian, but I suspect I'll get more traction out of asking y'all for advice than telling Atlassian that their site doesn't work with a browser that's not on their supported list.

Do you get any message on the web console (F12)?
To make sure, open the console and refresh the page. If something appears copy it and paste it here.

Adding this as a separate message, since apparently an edit retriggers mod approval on a topic for a newbie. Derp.

Note that I am a NoScript user, but I specifically tried safe mode so it was taken out of the picture.

Further troubleshooting:

Tried a brand new profile (palemoon.exe -profilemanager), which also removed my addons.

For what it's worth, the two 409 errors are coming up in Firefox (in the network tab, at least) on a successful page load. There are a couple of other errors in common as well - here's the console output from the successful load in FF: https://i.imgur.com/kkYDP3w.png

Sorry, it's not that simple.
NoScript can still cause issues even on safe mode from what I can recall.
You should really try a new profile, especially since you are out of official support since you are using NoScript regardless of safe mode.

Indeed I did. I figured I'd remove that as a variable, though I've had it tweaked properly to work since we started using Atlassian.

Sorry for my replies being a little bit disconnected though - usually I'd edit, but I reckon I'm going to require mods to approve my posts for what, 5? 10? posts?

Sorry, I missed it.

Anyway since even a new profile doesn't do the trick, the cause can only be that error shown in the console.
Unfortunately it's a black box so we can't know if it's caused by a browser-specific quirk or by some feature not implemented by Pale Moon.
