Just to start off by saying I did not have this problem on 33.8.2. It only started on 33.9.0 and 33.9.0.1.
When I go to this page on Vanguard.com:
https://investor.vanguard.com/investment-products/stocks/profile/NNE
The text/page is formatted weird. Search, support, login Etc are now all over the place and overlapping other text.
As I mentioned it worked fine on 33.8.8 and started when I updated to 33.9.0/33.9.0.1.
I get the same thing in safe mode and with a new profile.
Is this a CSS formatting problem?

Re: Inverstor.vanguard.com screen format problem..
I had to move my Vanguard usage to Waterfox a few months back after certain required actions just stopped working.
I'm surprised it was still working for you in PM. I'd love to see it improve if possible.
I can try to reproduce your issue if you give me a few days.

Looks like this is a regression caused by the Cascade Layers implementation (CSS @layer)
I'll file an issue for it.

So according to the closed issue on the Repo (#2855) this has been fixed? The change will be ready for the next release this month?

33.9.1 will actually have a different solution (backed out the regressing code changes) but it will avoid the issue.
The resolution for the issue will be in the 34.0 milestone (@layer support plus fix).
