This website worked fine in PM in the previous version. In 29(.2.0) however, text betwen the photos is completely missing.

Get the site operator to fix those syntax errors first.

I'm the one who does the work on the website, and unfortunately I don't really have the resources as a sole web guy to get anything else than the most common browsers... And edge, which is, for some reason, the fifth most popular browser.

I'm guessing that Pale Moon shows as "Mozilla" on Google Analytics, and it's got only two users in the last month.
meh
edit:
But also
Probably has something to do with the system for building the layout, Elementor.
Its produced code is not the cleanest...

Gotta give him props for at least explaining in details why it can't be fixed.
Better than the stock "use Chrome" reply.
Sure, he pretty much said the same thing, but he also added more meat to it.

So he is incompetent. It sure is easy to download popular js lib-fx and call them and have them work in Chrome, Chrome, Chrome, Chrome, Chrome, Pseudo-Chrome, and The Exact Same. But he can't do something that was part of his job title just a short few years ago like make shit work in other engines? That is the definition of incompetence.

More likely 'couldn't give a crap' since he himself says he's had just 2 Pale Moon users visit his site.

He is a a photographer. While I am not happy the website doesn't work properly, I won't shit on him for not being an expect in website programming.

He doesn't have to be an expert in website programming himself.
If this is because he's using a certain library or certain version of a library, then the solution is simple: don't.
If he decides he wants to be his own webmaster, then this kind of problem comes with the territory. If he doesn't have the expertise then he should ask someone who does.
