Once on the page, look at the right side of the page and start looking "down" until you see the word "Releases". Under Releases, you will see the version number 2.0.3 and to the right of that, you'll see the word, "Latest".
Left click on "Latest" and it will take you to another page where the xpi is listed. Or you can click on the ink below which is the other page.

Thank you for your help.
For now, I have a caa:addon plugin, but no xpi version of OneTab works. Google Translate refuses to translate due to an error in PaleMoon. For now, everything works fine in FF. I find it a shame that we can't translate, or even have OneTab.
