Re: [POLL] BinOC Windows 32bit Builds
My vote was a *provisional* Yes. Like, I use mainly 64-bit Windows and linux; the 32-bit laptop is only collecting dust. But 32-bit apps would be a "nice-to-have". Theoretically, computers I might support that are not mine would have the option to use 32-bit. So, if it were my choice, I would keep 32-bit *only* if the extra effort to keep building it is minimally incrementally barely a little bit more work that can be mostly "automated away". But if the extra effort ends up slowing down 64-bit progress, then maybe keeping 32-bit is not worthwhile.
Re: [POLL] BinOC Windows 32bit Builds
Eliminating 32bit builds would half the time taken to produce the Windows offering and eliminate some complexity infra wise as well as cut a 3rd of the time for release engineering overall.

In that case I'm for dropping the 32bit builds.New Tobin Paradigm wrote: ↑2021-06-25, 03:39Eliminating 32bit builds would half the time taken to produce the Windows offering and eliminate some complexity infra wise as well as cut a 3rd of the time for release engineering overall.

Agree; this new info would switch my vote from sorta-Yes to No-thanks.
