"Ask Me Anything" or AMA is a popular way for people to connect with or better understand people behind a project or product. If there are burning questions in our community or if people are genuinely curious about knowing more about me as a person, my views, skills or opinions on certain topics, then this is the way to get answers to those questions.
Consider it a non-live "interview".
Ask me any question you have always wanted to ask me but never did, or felt too off-topic or maybe in that grey area you wouldn't be sure it'd be appropriate to ask!
Rest assured I would not be offended by any expressed curiosity in the questions, no matter what it's about. I might not answer everything, of course, especially things that might not be suitable for sharing with the internet - but anything can be asked. Any topic, any depth. Go wild!
As a departure from the general rules here, I'm making an exception to general topics as well: strongly polarizing topics like religion or politics? Sure, go ahead. Something "risqué"? No problem; we're all assumed to be adults here, but if the answer is too personal/private, I may skip or give you my PoV on the general topic, instead. Don't be disappointed in that case.
To prevent this from becoming too chaotic, I ask that you abide by the following rules:
- Ask your question by replying to this topic (no quoting!) and asking your question. If you want/need to provide context, please do so but keep it brief.
- One question per post!
- So that someone doesn't completely dominate this session, limit your total number of questions to a maximum of 3. Preferably less, do some searching to find the most burning question or curiosity you have about me, the project, or Pale Moon.
- This is primarily for the existing community. Brand-spanking-new accounts will likely have their questions rejected; up to my and mod's discretion. No trolling, here.
- Only ask questions to be answered by me. Please refrain from "I'd like to know this too" and similar posts or discussions about the questions.
- It should be self-evident but maybe not...: this isn't the place to ask browser support questions.
