I'll start with my favorite one that i won't forget:

I've read a truckful of manga and watched a boatload of anime, but I can't say there's any saying that comes to mind as so impactful. I'm more interested in the worlds and their doings, and the speech is just something to facilitate and convey that.

I recommend Planetarian as the original visual novel, not the anime. It runs in English on Windows 2000 and up, also in Wine, and in Japanese even in Windows 98, so it should not be too hard. Consider the tip my Christmas gift to you.

They are naruto's parents as you know. When Minato faces Obito who is masked, he asks but why attack the village and then Oibto says as said above;

What wouldl you like to hear, I could say i did on a whim or I planned it or its for war or peace. And then they fight and when Obito decides to give up he says "I shall rule this world there are plenty of ways to do it!"

Then they end up sealing the nine tail fox in Naruto and they die afterwards.
I am the opposite and don't watch subs so... yeah.

Really... I thought it was a very powerful quote. Its basically saying "Everything I am doing is a means to an end."

The author found a very creative way to say that and i came away with being impressed by such a quote. I thought it had so many layers of intelligent thought put into it.

Off-topic:
Although, I have some passion towards creative fiction, so... Idk.

When I have the patience/energy I currently work on a book of my own, so that might be why also.

Isekai and Space Opera tick the right boxes for me. New unexplored frontiers, advanced magic/science, endless possibilities (though I also do like Post-Apoc, which is the same but a mostly negative spin, like revenge isekai). That list is just most of what I've rated over 80 on AniList. ,) I'm sad that new entries in isekai manga seem to have dropped off though. At least there's enough to convert to anime for quite a while.

This one in particular has become a running joke with friends whenever I encounter translations, in anime or otherwise, which fail or refuse to adapt foreign words. Our discussion in the Linux thread about UI translation is a good example.
