I've had and 'managed' a few accounts there over the past couple decades. PowWeb used to be it's own company, run by a guy and his roommate from an apartment in Texas. It has since been bought, twice. An account there is fairly cheap, I guess, I don't pay them anymore because I was a moderator on their now non-existent forum and they gave me a free account. I do know they don't offer any free plans there, but they offer a big discount on the first year, and each after that is in the $10 - $15 per month range.
They provide several PHP versions, MySQL databases and email servers.

Today I sent a website to the server, but it has a problem on mobile browsers.
One possibility is a problem with the server.
The one you sent seems interesting.

They offer a bunch of install packages, blogs and stuff, and there is some or a few 'website builder' tools or packages available too. I'm not familiar with any of that stuff though, WYSWIG is like a bad word to me.. 
I guess I'm stuck, willingly, in the Text editor/FTP rut..
They have their own flavor of a 'control panel', and I think there's a demo link around there somewhere..

I gave up on it because I think it's a bit too slow.
Maybe it's just me.
But Live Preview is a plus.
