Both links for downloading "Pale Moon 33.9.0.1 - 32-bit Portable" return a "404 Not Found" error:

I've already downloaded it using the old link (with the file name "Palemoon-Portable-33.9.0..1win32.exe"):

Edit:

On the page with the download links ( https://www.palemoon.org/download.shtml ), the file name is still "Palemoon-Portable-33.9.0..1win32.exe" in the "Checksums" section:
