There aren't any, given it is deprecated. All you'll find now is Flash.

There were many:
Adobe Flash, Shockwave, Acrobat Reader, Silverlight, QuickTime...

All not developed anymore and mostly useless nowadays.

You can still find Flash on the internet archive (the last working version is 32.0.0.371, and you can search old posts here for the link) and the only use for is sites that still host old Flash animations and games. The rest are long gone and deprecated.

Until 2020, when I switched to Linux, I used SumatraPDF’s NPAPI plug-in to view the titular files. If I were still using Windows 7, I would still use it also.
Browser: Pale Moon (official build, updated regularly)
Operating System: Linux Mint Debian Edition 4 (amd64)
※Receiving Debian 10 ELTS security upgrades
Hardware: HP Pavilion DV6-7010 (1400 MHz, 6 GB)

Here the PDF-Xchange Viewer integrated the nppdfxcViewnpplugin.dll in Palemoon under Win10 when I linked the programs like here:

Adobe Acrobat - nppdf.dll
Alipay Security Control - npAliSecCtrl.dll
Foxit Reader Plugin for Mozilla - npFoxitPDFReaderPlugin.dll
iTunes Application Detector - npitunes.dll
Jazz-Plugin - npJazz.dll
Microsoft Office 2010 - NPAUTHZ.DLL, NPSPWRAP.DLL
NPVR - npvr.dll
QuickTime Plug-in - npqtplugin.dll, npqtplugin2.dll, npqtplugin3.dll, npqtplugin4.dll, npqtplugin5.dll
SumatraPDF Browser Plugin - npPdfViewer.dll
VLC Web Plugin - npvlc.dll

The DLLs are of no use without the corresponding version of the programs they support; in fact one should get the installer for the program in question and let it deploy the browser plugins. Acrobat and VLC for example - there's no way current versions of either will work.

Current version of VLC do come with a functional NPAPI plugin on Windows, though I don't know where it would be usable out-of-the-box. There's a ViewTube user script that can get YouTube videos to use it, but due to specifics of streams on YouTube, it's rather hacky and not as useful as one would assume.

I do have an older version of PDF-XChange Editor from 2023, that still comes with a NPAPI plugin, though some actions crash it...

The only site where I recall VLC’s NPAPI plug-in to have been useful was on Cosmeo before it had shut down in September 2019. The site was launched in 2006 and was not substantially updated since. I recall RealPlayer or QuickTime as functional substitutes there in the 00s.

You won't find such a list because access will be limited to pre 2015 web browser versions... or Pale Moon, and then those pages will only be accessible on Windows.
