If not, is there any way to make Palemoon to not skip entire ruleset but only ::part selector?
Is it known when Palemoon will add support for ::part() css pseudo-element?

This is literally wanting a scoped style (which we support), that allows you to do this without so much as touching JS.The ::part CSS pseudo-element represents any element within a shadow tree that has a matching part attribute.
