Cloudfare issues, current status and future

Unread post by dapgo » 2023-10-02, 09:12

I can see a locked topic "Cloudflare Checking your browser infinite redirect on multiple sites"https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=28227&hilit=cloudfare

Independently of being an external cause, the issue is still active and the impact on Palemoon is huge.
So, it would be good to summarize the current status, potential solutions, actions on course and single or group actions to take.

Read the topic for starters and realize there's little one can do about a service that insists on shoving captchas in your face for not running a ChromeZilla browser. Live with it or use another browser for Cloudflared websites.

Is it? Everything works here and all other users marked it as solved, too.

I just tried a couple of ex-problematic websites using Cloudflare protection and logged in normally.

Cloudflare verification can fail if you're overzealously blocking stuff, but the browser itself has no issue passing their automated checks AFAIK.

Could you please provide links for those multiple sites, so people can check?
And if possible not links which require registration in order to be checked.

thanks for verifying,
Maybe it was a problem of UserAgents, i was not aware of having a UA override active, but from a UA extension I clicked on reset UA and the page passed the cloudfare checks.
