Suggestion: don't download Pale Moon from third parties

This site lists XP as supported. It is either an independent build or its information is years obsolete.

These kinds of websites are nothing but ad-loaded fronts that most of the times don't even host downloads themselves. Don't expect them to build anything.

And they may likely bundle malware in a wrapper around the installer. But of course there are enough dumbasses who go to shady third party sites instead of the official website of the software in question, to keep them in business.

There's a similar scam on Android for years, with fake apps that copy the icons and have similar names to popular ones. Install them and you get free malware. Or they play on one's greed like 'free xyz-tube video downloader'.

I'd never d/l PM from anywhere but the official site.
I use Free Download Manager and just have an RSS feed to see what's there.
Some sites seem to be OK: Portable Apps, Major Geeks and Softpedia I'd trust, but most others I look for the proper source.
