*Finally*, release 31
Albeit just one weird thing: did previous release 30 seem to come with some tweaks which made *heavy* websites such as Youtube load and work noticeable better than previous 29.x.x releases?

Not really, but it did remove the EME and GMP plumbing which might possibly have influenced that. When it comes to Youtube though, it's very difficult to say one way or the other, as it'd more likely be a JavaScript thing...
