Hello,
according to the release notes of SM 2.53.5.1 they will remove NPAPI support for Flash, I predict that they will remove it completely after the end of the year.

This isn't relevant to Pale Moon at all, but shows that other "legacy-like" browsers also stop supporting it.

That's old news, not supported since version 2.53.1.
