Search by tags in the addressbar?

Unread post by moonbat » 2024-07-25, 01:09

Was there ever a built-in way to search for bookmarks by tag in the addressbar, so that it would autocomplete matching bookmarks? I saw this article which seems to suggest that it is a new feature with modern Firefox. Searching online only shows results from the new Firefox.

Pulls tagged items up in the list just fine for me. Doesn't autocomplete though; you have to use the down arrow to select the first result. You can also restrict the search with the plus sign, as set by the config setting mentioned here.
