Any idea why this site does not display properly in Pale Moon?

Looks like JS or CSS is failing. No errors show in the console whatsoever.
I am using Windows 10 with Pale Moon 32.1.1 32-bit.

Looks like a case of rel=preload. See Issue #2158 (UXP).
