Help with userChrome.css

Help with userChrome.css

Hi all i created userchrome.css and have toolbar.png in chrome folder witch is in profile folder,but i just cant get it to load/applied

can someone be of assistance please

here is the code

this is on the latest PM 29.4.1

userchrome.css and image are in C:\Program Files\PaleMoon\User\Palemoon\Profiles\Default\chrome

Would be nice to have the 'toolbar.png' posted as well so others can try out the CSS script. :)

And a quick note as to what the problem was/what fix was... all helps! :D

BTW - My interest is because... I always liked MC's coloured icon set from way back in 2013! Still works brilliantly for me on Win7... but I've never been able to make same CSS script and its associated 'toolbar-inverted.png' file work in Win10. :(
