Migrating settings from add-on to standalone

Migrating settings from add-on to standalone
Since I test my extensions often, I thought it would be a good idea to use the standalone client instead of the add-on, so that browser restarts don't affect Ambassador. Is there a way to easily migrate all my settings to the standalone client?
I just love Cyndaquil. Obviously the best Johto starter!
