28.0.0b2 is gone?

Unread post by JustOff » 2018-07-06, 13:14

Today both aus and download pages on the unstable channel return 28.0.0b1 from 20180627. Is something wrong with 28.0.0b2?

I checked the portable, it's the latest version. Not sure how to check the regular without unpacking it.

Nope. not sure what happened with the build box because I built 32-bit before 64-bit (and 64-bit is fine)... so it's a mystery.

Re-running the publish script to put the correct binaries up on the servers.

If it's of any interest, I updated internally and it worked fine. I'm using the portable unstable.

And just this morning (06 July) I updated my wife's machine using the PM unstable portable's internal tool and it worked - as they say - slicker'n snot.

For some reason the clock on the new build machine was off by a day and 2 hours, which is probably what messed things up.

The unstable channel will see updates in a rolling fashion that don't necessarily have a different stated version number.
