Don't know if this is allowed here, if not, just ignore ...
Using the latest Pale Moon 28 beta, seems to work just fine. I am guessing there will be additional themes later. Will Classic Theme Restorer work at some future date in PM 28? It works in Basilisk perfectly.

Pale Moon 28 does not use the Australis interface, and already has the features that Classic Theme Restorer brings back to browsers that do use Australis. Installing CTR is not necessary and likely will not work correctly anyway.
