Compatibility between PM 28 and Basilisk profiles

Compatibility between PM 28 and Basilisk profiles

If we ignore extensions, are Pale Moon 28 and Basilisk profiles (largely) compatible so they can be used with either program? Will it cause data loss if a profile is used thusly?

I imagine so. The two browsers have enough differences that I can see this being difficult if not impossible. But I am only speculating.
